One page per teammate. Without the creep.

Every person on the team gets one page. Daily category breakdown, top apps and sites, an hour-of-day activity clock, and a colour-coded timeline of one full workday. Anything the person can't see on their own ProdView, you can't either.

01 · Daily breakdown

Two weeks of category-stacked daily bars.

Every workday, stacked by category: productive, communication, neutral, distracting, idle. Spot the bad-meeting Wednesdays and the heads-down Thursdays at a glance.

  • Weekends are dimmed — they should be empty
  • Hover any bar for the hour-by-hour breakdown of that day
  • Categories are tenant-editable — your Figma is Productive even if marketing's is Neutral

02 · Top apps & sites

Where the time actually went.

The 10 apps and 10 domains they spent the most time on, with category tag and totals. Chrome is broken down by top-level domain — no more "the whole week was just chrome.exe".

  • Click any app to land on the Apps page filtered to that one app, fleet-wide
  • Sessions roll up: github.com 6h, github.com/pulls 2.3h of that
  • Export to CSV for any quarterly review or coaching conversation

03 · Patterns

Hour-of-day clock + a single-day timeline.

The clock shows when someone is typically active, averaged across 28 days. The timeline shows the literal shape of one workday — meetings, focus blocks, lunch, the bad afternoon when nothing got done.

  • Clock surfaces real working patterns — 11am peak vs the post-lunch crash
  • Timeline is read-only — there's no per-keystroke detail to drill into, by design
  • Both views are bit-for-bit the same in "My ProdView" — the person sees the same thing

04 · "My ProdView" parity

The person sees what you see.

Every employee has a personal view that is bit-for-bit identical to the manager view of them. They can export their own data at any time. This is the single most important property of ProdView — and the line we don't cross.

  • No "hidden" manager-only metrics, anywhere in the product
  • If the manager can drill into it, the person can drill into it the same way
  • A "paused" mode lets a manager or admin pause collection per-person, per-team, or globally
